1. About Us

Happy Paws Club provides professional, safe, and reliable dog walking services, including puppy visits, elderly dog care, and group or solo walks.

  • We are fully insured for all of our services.

  • Our walkers are pet first aid certified, so your dog is always in safe hands.

2. Who Can Use Our Services

  • You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking through our website.

  • You must be the legal owner of the dog(s) or have permission to arrange services on their behalf.

3. Your Responsibilities as a Dog Owner

To keep everyone safe and happy, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate details about your dog’s health, needs, and temperament.

  • Keep vaccinations, flea/tick treatments, and worming up to date.

  • Tell us about any behavioral issues (e.g., reactivity, aggression, or anxiety).

  • Provide secure collars, harnesses, and ID tags.

4. Our Services

  • We offer tailored walks and visits depending on age, energy level, and needs.

  • Group walks are only available to dogs that are friendly and social. If a dog is not suited to groups, we may suggest solo walks instead.

  • ​Our pet visits and pet sitting services provide the same level of care and attention, ensuring your pets are happy, comfortable, and well looked after while you’re away.

  • Walk length, location, and group size may vary depending on safety, weather, and your dog’s needs.

5. Health, Safety, and Emergencies

  • Your dog’s safety is our top priority. If an emergency occurs, we will attempt to contact you immediately.

  • If you cannot be reached, we will seek veterinary care at your expense.

  • All reasonable precautions will be taken, but you understand that dog walking has inherent risks (interactions with other dogs, traffic, weather, etc.).

6. Payments and Cancellations

  • Payment terms will be confirmed at booking.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

  • Refunds are available only in line with our cancellation policy.

 

7. Liability

  • We are fully insured and will take every precaution to care for your dog responsibly.

  • Happy Paws Club cannot be held liable for loss, injury, illness, or death unless caused by proven negligence.

8. Keys and Home Access

  • If you provide house keys or access codes, they will be stored securely and used only to carry out booked services.

  • Keys will be returned promptly if services end.

9. Website Use

  • The content on our website is for general information and booking purposes only.

  • You may not misuse our website (e.g., for unlawful purposes, data scraping, or unauthorised access).

10. Termination of Services

  • Either party may end services with reasonable notice.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or stop services if your dog’s behavior presents safety concerns.
